  Murray assigned a new agent in Mario Catalano. Within two weeks, Mario had the first offer on the property. This offer was not accepted, however it was only a short time later that Mario had another offer, which was accepted. As it was convenient for both myself, and the purchaser, we had a rather long settlement period. Through the entire process, Mario's service level was exemplary.

  In my opinion, one of the true tests of a business, is how well they handle adversity. It's not a perfect World, and things don't always happen as all would like. As it was in the initial stages of listing my property, with an agent who was leaving the business, and didn't perform their duty as expected. Upon learning of this, Murray gave it his immediate attention, and undertook to make it right again. And he did.
