  I have just moved into town and called Cooroy Computers to help me get setup. Will was punctual, polite and very helpful. I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone.

  A family Member had taken he laptop in to get her computer fixed as it needed a windows recovery and they had taken it to this store. I have taken liberty to ask multiple people i know that work in other IT departments fixing computers and they have all said it could take anywhere from ten minutes to a few hours. the issue we had was they had this laptop for 5 days and when we got the computer back (with a 118$ fee), it had none of the previous programs such as adobe and all the microsoft products that were on where gone. not only this but the track pad left click has been clearly damaged and is sunken into the laptop as where before it never was.

  Very disappointing service. Wanted to support a new local business despite not knowing their track record. Took my laptop in for help with frustrating issues with network adapter driver and slow Outlook after upgrading to Windows 10. In retrospect, should have just called Microsoft or Lenovo (or even found solutions myself online eventually) but was short of time as going away. Nearly three days and $88 later, took computer home and neither problem fixed. Tried to negotiate partial or total refund but no go. Will dial an experienced franchise geek next time, with a money-back guarantee.
